A special kind of experience awaits you on the tapas track: From Asian curries to Australian specialities to European refinement — this is where people feast, cook and enjoy.
You will start together at cooking school, where the first courses will be prepared before continuing the journey. Enjoy the unique combination of international food, stylish ambiance and convivial moments. A highlight for everyone who loves good food and extraordinary experiences!
Menu (changes/adjustments subject to change):
- Asia: Asian curry soup with lemongrass chicken and krappen chips
- Africa: Baked sweet potatoes with avocado pepper cream North America entrecote (rib-eye steak) with cowboy caviar salad
- South America: Oven-baked wraps with cabbage, ground beef, corn and sour cream
- Europe: crispy duck breast with pomegranate red cabbage and panko potato dumplings
- Australia: Porches of fried kangaroo with grilled vegetables and potato chips in batter
- Antarctica with a surprise: Pavlova meringue cake with seasonal fruits and lots of cream
