About this class
In this workshop, you will design your own stencil graffiti — step by step. You don't need any previous experience.
Stencil graffiti combines urban style with a stencil technique that was originally created in the street art scene. This technique enables complex, expressive motifs by combining clear contours with layers of color. This quickly creates a work of art with individual expression and strong effect.
You think you can't? That is not true.
In about 3 hours, you will create your own stencil graffiti on a 50 × 50 cm canvas on your own easel. There are no theoretical lectures. Arrive, put on gloves and get creative right away.
As you paint and spray, your course instructor will guide you through topics such as color theory, layering, image effects and design aspects. You'll always get inspiration and creative input when you need it. In the end, you not only take home a great piece of art, but you can also tell a lot about it.
Whether typical Cologne motifs (yes, there is also a goat) or completely freely designed — anything is possible.
The course takes place at the Künstlerhof at Steinstraße 58 in Cologne. You can easily reach us with the S12 or KVB line 7. A car park is just a four-minute walk away. There is a tapas restaurant right in the courtyard — ideal for a leisurely end to the course.

The stencil graffiti course is ideal for anyone looking for creative leisure activities and would like to try something new. Perfect for beginners and advanced users who want to test this technique. Couples who want to decorate their new shared apartment will find their place here just as much as anyone who wants to make new contacts or simply want to treat themselves to three hours without a screen and everyday office life.
Graffiti is for everyone — our course is open and relaxed.
Also ideal for private groups, corporate events and team building, or as a special gift related to art and creativity. Individual templates are also possible for groups and companies — for example with a logo, name or motto.
