Class description

This bachelorette party creates a special space for the bride and her loved ones. In a warm and thoughtful atmosphere, celebrate your friendship with loving rituals, joint reflection, music and moments of silence. Through symbolic gestures and words of appreciation, the bride is accompanied on her new journey through life. A unique experience that strengthens closeness, joy and deep connection.

How does this activity work?

1. Opening ritual: arrival meditation and candle ritual

We start with a gentle meditation to calm down and open up the space for the ceremony. Accompanied by a candle ritual, all participants can share a wish for time together.

2. A glimpse of solidarity

In a couple exercise in which the participants sit across from each other, you consciously perceive yourself and share what you appreciate about the person. A reflection on getting to know each other for the first time, strengthens the bond within the group and shows how special these connections are.

3. Meditation & Sharing Circle: Moments with the Bride

In a guided meditation, you remember special moments with the bride: getting to know each other, funny or valuable moments, and what you are thankful for. These memories are then shared in a sharing circle.

Here, the bride is welcome to sit back and perceive the energy or join in this meditation with regard to her partner.

4. Meditation & wishes to the bride & bottle amulet

In a short meditation, we dedicate ourselves to wishes for the bride. These are then shared in a sharing circle. The wishes are written on a piece of paper and filled with a bottle amulet to remind the bride of this special day and the good wishes. The bride can then fill the bottle amulet with supporting elements (herbs, salt, gemstones, cinnamon) and finish with a protective layer of wax.

Meanwhile, the girlfriends have the opportunity to create their own small amulets (e.g. for protection, love or friendship).

5th Closing Ritual: Final Meditation

Finally, we stop for a final meditation to consciously end the Bridal Blessing Circle. The candles then go out as a symbol of the end of their time together and the light that each participant takes with them into everyday life.

Who should definitely take part?

The spiritual JGA is suitable for anyone who is looking for a mindful, loving and connecting alternative to classic bachelorette parties. Whether for the bride and her immediate friends or for a mixed group — the event creates a special space for community, appreciation and unforgettable moments. No previous experience is required, just the joy of shared experiences and the desire to consciously celebrate this special phase of life.
