Class description
We will work from a photo (selfie that will be printed) and we will draw it on the canvas with the grid technique, from the drawing we will then use oil with a palette of colors typical of the classic Italian painting, at the end of the two days you will get the basic knowledge to make a portrait in oil and also you will take your finished self-portrait home.
The workshop will take place in my atelier which is located inside the Gastaig building in Munich.

How does this activity work?
the course is an approach to the portrait, where the idea is to obtain the technical tools to achieve a pictorial similarity, we will not do hyperrealism, but an interpretation from the painting and its technique.
Who should definitely take part?
The workshop is open to everyone with or without experience in painting and drawing, although it can be useful, but it is not essential as this is a technique open to everyone, so without fear and with a lot of passion you will finish your portrait and learn a new technique to start a new artistic search, we will work with the classic palette of colours, the chiaroscuro, and the grid to draw.

He began his artistic training with studies in film and television direction and production at the National University of Villa María and later with a specialisation in painting at the Escuela Superior de Bellas Artes Libero Pierini in his hometown of Río Cuarto,Córdoba,Argentina.
