About this class

Have you ever tried to incorporate a healthy habit into your everyday life... and it didn't work? You are not alone in this!

In the Happy Habits course community, you will learn how to integrate your habit into your everyday life with just a few tricks so that it really suits you and can stay with you. Possible results include more satisfaction and greater confidence in your own abilities.

To get you in the mood, we both meet for a 90-minute online appointment to identify the ONE habit that can make you happier, happier and more confident in our time together.

In the first group zoom call, you get to know the other participants and share your chosen habit with the group. Here you also have the opportunity to network.

In the following weeks, we meet weekly for 90 minutes to exchange ideas. You will receive valuable knowledge about habits and together we will reflect on successes, challenges and possible solutions.

Between meetings, I will be by your side every day if you need support.

How are you monitoring your progress?

We will create a suitable journal together. You will receive recommendations on this in an individual appointment. In the group meetings, you will learn step by step how to use the bullet journal as a companion on your journey.

What you’ll do in the class

  • Arrange a 90-minute one-on-one online meeting before the course starts
  • Individual discussion: workshop schedule and discussion of your habit
  • Getting to know the group in the first zoom call
  • Share your chosen habit with the group
  • Weekly zoom calls with helpful knowledge about habits and to share experiences and observations
  • Create your journal together as a “travel companion”
