At the “JGA Get into Rugby” event, we at the Osnabrück Rugby Football Club would like to offer all participants an entertaining introduction to rugby. If you wish, you won't miss out on tackling — with springy material, of course.
After sporting activities and refreshments, you will take away a newsworthy experience and have brought the community a step further towards the ring.

- sportswear: shirt, pants and shoes (ideally with cleats)

What is included in the class?
In addition to equipment such as tackle pads, fall protection mats, marker cones, etc., trainers and helpers, we also provide our space including showers, changing rooms and toilets.

What you’ll do in the class
The Osnabrück Rugby Club's Get into Rugby Crash Course is a compact, experience-oriented entry-level format. You'll learn the basics of rugby in three hours — in a fun, safe and motivating way. The program is suitable for sporting beginners as well as for teams without rugby experience — with a focus on fun, exercise and team spirit.
Who is the class suitable for?
The course is suitable for every physically active adult who simply wants to try out a different sport. The event is particularly suitable for bachelor parties.
