About this class
GINTI & MORE is the meeting place for people who love cross-over cuisine with an Indian influence. Your food club in Cologne, where you can spend a break with friends and joy with good food and drink. The traditional Indian greeting Namaste, which can be translated as “I bow before you”, represents the philosophy of our restaurant. We will spoil you with Indian culinary delights, Australian Wagyu Blackmore, vegan and vegetarian delights and an urban selection of street food.
We are also happy to pass on our enthusiasm for Indian cuisine through our cooking courses. Let yourself be taken on a tasty journey into the world of spices, herbs and fresh ingredients so that you can add an exotic component to familiar recipes in the future. We will coordinate the menu with you.
