About this experience
Dive into the fascinating world of hula hoop dance! In this workshop in Bonn, you will playfully discover various tricks, flowing movements and small dance combinations — without any previous experience.
Hula hoopdance means surprising tricks, movement, a small pinch of dance - and lots of fun.
For everyone who wants to experience an exciting JGA or a lively team event!
No one needs any previous experience; the right tires will of course be provided.
How does this experience take place?
After an explanation of the different tire sizes and a short warm-up, it's time to start:
We start with classic abdominal hooping and explore ways to move with the tire step by step.
We then play the hoop horizontally and vertically with our hands and put the tricks together into small combinations for which no one needs sporting/dancing experience.
Sometimes we work up a sweat, sometimes we dance - and above all to try out lots of new things, accompanied by a lovingly put together playlist.
Who is it suitable for
The workshop is for everyone who is in the mood for a few active hours with the hula hoop tire and wants to experience that hoopdance can do more than just “hip swing”: individual lessons/private groups/team event/ JGA
