In this 2-hour handstand beginner workshop, experience how to playfully get into the handstand — and get out of it safely — with targeted strength and flexibility training as well as a clearly structured technique.
Not only will you feel and control your body better, but you will also challenge your mind. Grow beyond yourself and discover the world from a completely new perspective!
