What you’ll do in the class
The course takes place at the Atelierhaus Gruppe Elf Bochum e.V.
You'll learn how to paint a still life step by step:
- Selection and arrangement of objects
- sketching taking composition and perspective into account
- Structure of an acrylic painting and characteristics of the material
- Mixing colors - color theory
- See and paint light and shadow correctly
What is included in the class?
- Painting materials provided: 30x40 cm canvas, acrylic paints, brushes
- Water, coffee, and tea
What to bring to the class
- Old clothing or gown or apron
- water container (at least 400 ml)
