What you’ll do in the class
- Detailed planning of the number of guests, location, time and date in advance
- Preparation of a detailed shopping list; on request, I will do the shopping for you
- Cooking together in your kitchen including tips & tricks from the catering industry
- Each participant will then receive a folder with recipes and instructions for recooking
- Plan the course to last around six to seven hours
