Words have power — and in this course, you'll turn them into an expressive work of art. Whether it's your personal motto, an affirmation that strengthens you, or a word that inspires you — you can creatively design your message here.
What to expect:
You experiment with colors, fonts and techniques such as acrylic, chalk or collages. In doing so, you play with shapes and materials to make your affirmation visible on a whole new art. In the end, you hold an individual piece of art in your hands — as a reminder of what is important to you.
How does this activity work?
- Introduction: What are affirmations and how can they strengthen you in everyday life?
- Material experiment: Playful experimentation with colors, fonts and creative techniques.
- Find affirmations: You choose inspiring statements or develop your own, tailored to your life.
- Design: You artistically translate your affirmations into cards — individually and expressively.
- Result: At the end, you'll have a set of 4—8 unique affirmation cards in your hands.
