About this class
Treat yourself to a day away from everyday life to promote awareness, personal and spiritual growth. In the midst of fantastic nature at the foot of the Hohe Meißner, you will experience a soothing combination of meditation, relaxation, exercise and experience in nature — a holistic break for body, mind and soul.
Our day starts with a gentle brain fitness session that strengthens your concentration and promotes your mental flexibility. Afterwards, dive deep into the peace and strength of the forest while bathing in the forest — consciously breathe in the fresh air, feel the nature around you and open your senses for the moment.
In guided meditations, you will find inner balance and clarity, while targeted fascia training improves your mobility and relieves tension. This combination of mindfulness and physical activity gives you new energy and allows you to return to everyday life with ease and well-being.
Your physical well-being is also taken care of: Enjoy delicious food including lunch, which provides your body with valuable nutrients and rounds off the feel-good experience.

What you’ll do in the class
We meet at 10:00 in the Energy & Balance Center in Velmeden, idyllically situated at the foot of the Meißner and in close proximity to nature.
After a short round of greetings and introductions, we start the program straight away. Depending on the weather, we spend most of the day outside — as an alternative, a friendly and inviting seminar room is available.
Over the course of the day, participants learn various exercises and methods that are effective both physically and mentally and can be easily integrated into everyday life.
The day includes elements of brain fitness training, fascia training, meditation and relaxation techniques — a holistic combination for greater well-being and inner balance.
At lunchtime, we enjoy lunch together, which is already included in the price.
At 17:00, the day ends and you take away valuable impulses that will accompany you in the long term.
Who is the class suitable for?
All people who want to grow spiritually and personally, want to exchange ideas with similarly ticking people and want to treat themselves to a break are welcome.
