About this class
We bring you closer to the art of brewing. In addition to some theory, you will actively get to know all stages of beer production at our 50 l mini brewing system. Enjoy being a brewer yourself for a few hours while brewing your own beer.
To strengthen your strength, we will serve you a 5-course beer menu, which our chef Dominic will prepare for you.

We ask you to arrive with us by around 17:15 as the start of the seminar is punctually at 17:30.
This allows us (all together) to start an enjoyable evening.

What you’ll do in the class
We start at 17:30. After a brief introduction, we take a look at the brewing plant and initiate the next steps in beer production. In between, there is our 5-course menu and our gusset beer from wooden barrels
