- High-end espresso machines from Victoria Arduino and ECM/Profitec
- various and freshly roasted coffees from our own factory and exciting guest coffees
- Organic milk and alternative made from oats
- Lots of tips, tricks and know-how
- As much coffee as you can drink, water and delicious snacks

What you’ll do in the class
Together we set off on a journey and acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare the perfect espresso and cappuccino.
To do this, we work on modern, high-end espresso machines from Victoria Arduino and mills from Mahlkönig.
Course content includes:
- The 5 factors for perfect espresso
- Espresso preparation and tasting of 3 different roasts
- Adjusting the mill and “fine-tuning”
- Milk frothing for microfoam
- LatteArt Basics and Heart and Rosetta Practice
- Cleaning and maintenance
It is important to us that you get as much out of the workshop as possible, which is why we carry out our workshops with a maximum of 8 people on 2 espresso machines. This allows us to guarantee enough time to practice and ask questions.
Who is the class suitable for?
Our course is aimed at beginners and home baristi who want to learn more about espresso and how to use portafilter machines.
If you are planning to purchase a portafilter machine, you are in good hands with us.
