After successfully completing my career as a journeyman confectioner, I worked for many years in a very elegant and tradition-conscious pastry shop, where I was able to perfect my skills. I then passed the master's examination in September 2009. Shortly after, I moved to the beautiful Hanseatic city of Stralsund, where I produced Stralsund marzipan for several years. After many years in various cities, it was time to return to my home town of Rostock.
