Are you also frustrated by recipes that don't always turn out perfectly on the Internet, even if you follow the instructions carefully? I know the problem and I've decided to make my recipes extremely detailed to make sure nothing goes wrong.
In this face-to-face course, you will learn how to bake, fill and decorate delicious cakes on site in two phases. The course consists of four steps with step-by-step video instructions, professional tips, recipes, a list of materials and personal on-site support.
After purchasing a ticket, you'll have access to our course room, where you can follow the instructions in real time. The specified date is only used as a placeholder.
Of course, I will still be available to answer your questions personally on site.
Stage 1: bake the cake
- Recipes/ Video instructions for: light sponge cake bases, nutty sponge cake, dark sponge cake (Schwarzwälder Kirsch), dark sponge cake bases (Wiener Sacher), light sponge cake bases (Frankfurter Kranz), lemon sponge cake, chocolate sponge cake

Stage 2: Fill cake

Stage 3: Spread the cake
- Recipes/ Video instructions for: Italian buttercream, American buttercream, ganache buttercream
- Technical video: “Paste cake”
Stage 4: cake decorating
- Video instructions for: semi-naked processing, opaque white processing, cake decoration with flowers, cake drip, cake stencil/ embossing, spray cake with paint and many other creative ideas
- Extra: How to use cake boards and cake dowels for two-story cakes
