And what is more romantic than surprising your loved one with a dinner? Cooked it myself, of course! The menu is convincing and promotes the release of happiness hormones, but please not too complex. 

What is the process?

Get in touch with yourself confidently and communicatively, we train the contact phase during single coaching with eating pleasure. When cooking together, you can easily get into conversation in different constellations. That evening, after a round of greetings, we cook the perfect dinner for the first date. You will learn from the coach what makes people fascinating, what type of communication creates enthusiasm and how you can easily get in touch.
Our selected mood food recipes (mood foods) lift the mood as they promote the release of happiness hormones. You'll learn little treats with aphrodisiac ingredients, get to know them and when to use them correctly.

You'll get recipes for your first dinner that release hormones of happiness. In good company, you can deepen conversations, maybe the dream woman/dream man is even sitting at our lovingly set table.

Who is the course suitable for?

The course is aimed at singles who want to score points with their cooking skills on their next date. It doesn't matter whether you have already gained experience in cooking or are a beginner. You are also welcome to do this course with a friend.
