About this class
Have you always wanted to make your own sausage, but don't know exactly how it works? Then the sausage seminar in Düsseldorf is the right experience for you! Create your own rough bratwurst and learn everything about the ingredients, production and the secret of the perfect bratwurst. In a personal atmosphere in a cooking studio in Düsseldorf, we will show you how to produce an individual bratwurst.
All seminar participants will also receive a goodie bag with the types of sausages produced to take away and one thing is certain: with your own bratwurst creation, you will be the highlight of every grill party!
What you’ll do in the class
After a short theory session and professional, hygienic and clean clothing, it's really about the sausage. You will be introduced to sausage production in teams of 2: All ingredients must be professionally shredded, minced and mixed with the balanced spices and fresh products. After that, your bratwurst must of course be peeled and further processed. The best comes last: enjoy your bratwurst and be convinced of the uniquely good taste of your homemade sausage!
