Class description
Here you will learn both theory and practice. Without ChiChi and so that you can actually use it afterwards! Topics include: The right selection of beans. The right espresso machine and espresso grinder. Set up the mill and machine. And latte art, of course, until all participants can pour at least one heart! 3 hours of caffeine high like a rocket. After that, you'll know how to do it.
How does this activity work?
Definitely not static! We'll take a look at some types of beans together and try them out. Then we set up the espresso grinder and espresso machine and whip up the perfect espresso, Americano, cappuccino, flat white, latte macchiato and ristretto. You'll learn how to store coffee beans, which portafilter machine is good (and which isn't), which water is the best and what you definitely shouldn't do if you want the coffee to taste good! And you will grind, foam, pour, brew and drink a lot of things if you want. I'm looking forward to seeing you. AND: If you want, you are very welcome to bring your own machine! It's best to learn on your own set. If you're not in the mood to tow, it's okay. We've got everything you need to get started.

What to bring?
Nothing, really. Have everything there. But IF you have your own machine, feel free to bring it along!
It is most fun to do the course directly on your own machine.
