Rosenküche book classes

My name is Ninaz Helfrich, I was born in Iran and have lived in Germany since I was 9 years old. I would like to invite you to my Rosenküche. During my cooking classes, I will greet you with a surprise appetizer and introduce you to the ingredients and dishes that we will prepare together. I will guide you step by step through the cooking class so that you can get to know, try and learn how to cook all the dishes. After that, we will enjoy all the food together. I already wish you bon appétit today, or as they say in Persian: “Nusche Jan”, literally translated as “pleasure for the soul.”
