Our namesake cocktail was created in the thirties in the legendary “Harry's Bar” in Venice. It was there that Guiseppe Cipriani invented this unique drink, consisting of dry sparkling wine and a pureed peach, which was named after the Venetian painter Giovanni Bellini due to its strong colors.
