About this class
Ayurvedic Christmas Cuisine, Cooking Class
Enjoy a live cooking class on site. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Discover Ayurvedic winter cuisine, not just for yogis (vegan options are also available). In Ayurveda, we dedicate ourselves to a warming kitchen from October to counteract stormy and dry times. You will learn how Ayurveda is linked to yoga and how you can eat accordingly. Learn more about Sattvian cuisine and how to integrate it into your everyday life in a timely, undogmatic and pragmatic way.
At Lake Ammersee in Herrsching, we cook a 4-course Christmas menu that warms your heart, warms your body and relaxes your mind:
Sample menu:
- Red lentil orange soup with ginger and red cabbage pesto
- Sweet potato ragout with saffron sauce and fried vanilla chicory
- Baked apple cream with roasted almonds and berry chutney
- Hot cardamom fennel mint infusion
While we cook together, you will receive valuable tips on herbs and foods according to Ayurveda.
The course lasts approx. 4.5 hours, including 30-45 minutes of Ayurveda theory and then approx. 4 hours of cooking practice.
Look forward to a delightful evening. Until then, enjoy the sun and life.
Love & Peace,
 Martin
