About this class
This two-day workshop for beginners is ideal for all couples who want to experience something new together and strengthen their bond. In a total of 11 hours, you will get to know all the elements of our Acro Yoga. Because at Center Of Gravity, Acro Yoga is more than just joint acrobatics.
What you’ll do in the class
You'll get an insight into:
- Supportive acrobatics Together we try out different positions and you get to know the 3 roles Flyer, Base and Spotter.
- Listen & Fly To go back down and move on to relaxation, we'll show you some relaxing Acro Yoga positions.
- Thai Massage Find out how you can loosen your counterpart's legs, hips and shoulders with a few simple steps.
- Meditation At the end of the workshop, we will take time to meditate together.
We always say: couples who do Acro Yoga together stay together! Because here you will learn everything you need in a good relationship: good communication, trust, how to overcome challenges together, but also how you can simply let yourself go together.
Who is the class suitable for?
You don't need any previous experience for this workshop, but you do need an accompanying person.
Advanced users are also welcome to register for this workshop. Of course, there will then be separate content for you, which you can expand and deepen.
