About this Tour
The wine hiking tour in Rüdesheim combines wine tasting, nature experience and history to create an unforgettable event in the Rheingau. You start with a glass of homemade Secco in the Historical Music Cabinet before you take the cable car to the Niederwald. Once there, 4 selected wines, exciting stories about the region, wine and viticulture and, of course, a sensational view of the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley await you. And if you're hungry, a small snack at the Rebenhaus.
Steps of the tour
Under the motto “Floating over the vines”, our wine hiking tour starts with a glass of Secco in Rüdesheim's old town in the music cabinet with a short presentation. Then take the cable car to Germania and enjoy the view. The wine tasting starts at the temple, followed by a snack. The way back leads through the vineyards back to Rüdesheim. At the end, there is a schnapps in the music cabinet.
