We will host you in Mitte, in a nice location close to the river.

You will know about the origin and history of the symbolic dishes of the Trinacria, connected to the historical, cultural and religious events of the island.

We will cook 2 types of pasta, the pasta will be hand-rolled according to traditional methods.
