This workshop aims to blend creativity and mindfulness to enhance Your skills in both realms. Meditative drawing offers a unique method of connecting with our awareness of the world around us, fostering self-discovery in the process.
Regardless of your expertise level—whether you've been drawing or meditating for years or not—this course is appropriate for everyone. The three-hour workshop will consist of a variety of exercises for the participants. These activities involve immersing ourselves in still life themes to shed self-consciousness, learning to connect the mindfulness of breath and its energy with sketching, and addressing subjects from new angles..
Participants will learn how to unlock new paths in their creative practice, improve drawing techniques, and discover the beauty of the world through art.
Feel free to bring Your preferred drawing tools and materials for experimentation.
