Über diese Aktivität
You will learn all the basics of sushi preparation, from cooking the rice to seasoning and selecting the ingredients, as well as presentation. Together, we will prepare various types of sushi:
- Maki rolls with different fillings
- Inside-out rolls
- California and Philadelphia rolls
Additionally, we will make some Onigiri (Japanese rice cakes). For dessert, enjoy Matcha green tea with caramelized sesame.
The chef will share numerous tips and tricks for making sushi the Japanese way.
Depending on the location of the event, warm dishes can also be offered, such as:
- Steamed Edamame
- Yakitori – Japanese BBQ
- Glass noodle salad
- Yakisoba – fried noodles and miso-glazed eggplant.
If the event takes place at your company’s premises, the menu will be adjusted accordingly.
Wie läuft die Aktivität ab?
Participants will work in groups of 2 or 3. Each group will prepare 2–3 sushi rolls and some Onigiri. Afterwards, each group will serve their sushi on a beautiful platter with side dishes and sit down together to enjoy the meal.
The chef will provide tips and tricks, demonstrating how to properly cook and season sushi rice.
If desired, the group can then proceed to the second part and prepare some warm main dishes and a dessert. This is possible if the event takes place in the chef's cooking studio. If the event is held at the company's premises, it will depend on the available facilities.

- For groups of 12 to 24 people.
- This is well-suited as a team event, for youth groups, birthday parties, or simply for a cozy and delicious evening with family and friends.
