Über diesen Kurs

Based on improvisation, physical theater, butoh dance, and somatic bodywork.

Through guided, animated warm-up, individual and partner improvisations, the aim of this training is to let our body grow towards unknown physical/ mind/ spirit states. It proposes both physical and vocal work focused on the connection between movement and breathing, the work with the energy, and our spatial awareness. Bringing more consciousness to our body-mind allows us to get out of our daily habits and facilitate access to our creativity in a more fluid and generous way. In addition, we will explore the relationship between movement and imagery. The imagery is understood as inner space that can emerge on the surface as a physical event that transforms us today and now.

For those coming through USC, you will be kindly ask to donate 3 Euros extra. Thanks for your understanding.
