The preparation of Matcha plays a key role in the enriching experience of each bowl. Because the entire tea-leaf is grounded into powder and whisked in water, rather than steeped in water and taken out after a short time like most teas.
Matcha drinkers enjoy the full spectrum of health benefits of this superfood in much higher concentrations. Increased metabolism, disease-fighting antioxidants, and improved mood are just a few of the benefits matcha has to offer.
There are two ways to participate in this seminar:
