Gather your team and enjoy a fun-filled evening with Southern Italian cuisine and your own hand-topped pizza!

BENVENUTI IN ITALIA!

Experience rustic Italian home cooking that transports you to the villages of Italy.

In this course, head chef Natasha Celmi shares her family recipes from Southern Italy, while giving you a glimpse of the rest of Italy. All dishes are prepared the traditional way, from scratch, using fresh seasonal ingredients.

Enjoy an evening of slow cooking with *amore*, Italian music, and, of course, a fantastic meal.

The Menu:

- Hand-tossed Pizza Margherita – everyone makes their own pizza  
- Crostini with red pepper pesto and zucchini  
- Nonna’s broccoli polpette (fritters)  
- Pesto Genovese  
- Neapolitan baked eggplant stacks  
- Hand-rolled Gnocchi alla Sorrentina  
- Fresh Pomodoro sauce  
- Baked Northern Italian polenta cookies  
- Mixed mushrooms and red wine sauce  
- Fennel, pear, and arugula salad  
- Vanilla panna cotta with seasonal berry coulis

Start with an antipasti platter featuring a variety of crostini, baked eggplant stacks, and broccoli pancakes.

Feel like a true "pizzaiolo" as you prepare pizza Neapolitan-style and enjoy it hot straight from the oven!

Get your hands dirty rolling fresh Gnocchi alla Sorrentina. Learn my family recipe for the best Pomodoro sauce, made from scratch with fresh tomatoes.

We'll get a taste of the North with baked polenta in an earthy mushroom and red wine sauce, and a seasonal vegetable risotto.

Finally, this decadent feast will be topped off with a vanilla panna cotta and a seasonal berry coulis.

The course can be conducted in English or German, with recipe sheets provided in German.
