Über diese Aktivität

Enjoy a culinary journey through India with flavors and tastes from various regions. Together, we will prepare an elaborate menu featuring over 10 dishes, from appetizers, main courses, salads, freshly baked naans and flatbreads, to desserts.

A healthy Indian menu using local, seasonal ingredients is at the heart of this experience. I bring the finest ingredients directly from India and will explain all the spices and their benefits, the origins and stories behind each dish, and highlight the regional variations of Indian cuisine.

Please note that the dishes may vary in the evening depending on the season, availability, and the number of participants. A possible menu could include:

**Indian Street Food**  
Freshly brewed Masala Chai  
Onion Bhaji & Mint Chutney – Crispy fried onion rings  
Delhi Style Aloo Tikki Chaat – Potato patties with yogurt and sweet-spicy chutney
