We are a German branch of the European School for Sommelier, an internationally recognised education school in the European Union for wine and gastronomy subjects.

Our mission is to train modern, international sommeliers with a deep knowledge that can be transferred and explain their love for wine, provide qualified service, pair food with wine and give an accurate and independent quality assessment.
