About this class
This is an ongoing course that uses simple tools to teach the basics of urban sketching. Whether traveling or in everyday life, drawing a situation is a lot of fun and rewards you with unique memories.
During the summer months, we meet outside at various locations in Berlin.
What you’ll do in the class
We meet at a place in Berlin where we find suitable motifs for drawing. After a short warm-up exercise with a pencil, I will help you choose a motif and accompany you in capturing a situation from the surrounding area artistically.
We draw and paint with various materials and techniques, from pencil to marker, and also include colors such as watercolor or chalk. The course takes place every Sunday from 14:00 to 16:00.

The aim of the courses is to be able to draw our environment and situations with ease (urban sketching). To do this, in the courses, we learn to develop an eye for the essentials and to capture a situation with targeted lines.
We really enjoyed the course. We were in a very nice place in Berlin and were able to be creative.
