A risograph is the ancestor of our printer, invented in the 40s in Japan, and sixty years later, it became two-tone and arty. To discover more about this printing technic and realize your own riso-printed poster, join our online workshop!
For two hours, we will work together on your riso-printed masterpiece, mostly based on analogue technics but also with an introduction to the digital approach. You will understand all the tricks to make a beautiful 2 layers drawing, meant to be printed with a risograph.
This workshop is in partnership with the great printing studio Drucken3000: based in Berlin, Alex and Florian offer the biggest range of colours to do risoprinting and they master the art of risography.
Just be in a good mood, and a stable internet connection.
You will be professionally guided through the workshop.
My name is Sarah, I am a french illustrator based in Berlin. I studied fine arts in France, it was an opportunity to explore different ways of creation, different ways of drawing, and to discover my passion for illustration. In 2013 I moved to Berlin and started working on my illustrations. I like to draw with china ink, oil pastels and colourful markers. I love prints: I do.
