About this class
Experience a unique workshop at Kreativ Welt Messe Offenbach: Christmas macrame — making candy cane. In about 45 minutes, you will learn the most important macrame knots and create a decorative candy cane mold for your Christmas decoration. The workshop takes place directly at the trade fair, so you can buy a ticket at short notice — even a few minutes before the start — and participate spontaneously.
What you’ll do in the class
- You enter the workshop area with your workshop ticket (separate from admission to the exhibition)
- Welcome & brief introduction to macrame techniques
- Selection of colors/yarns for your candy cane
- Step-by-step instructions: knot, pull threads, build shape
- Conclusion & fine-tuning of candy cane
- Optional: joint exchange & feedback
