About this Tour
A unique experience for all senses awaits you on this autumnal wine hike in Volkach.
We meet at Volkacher Marktplatz and set off together: through orchards and vineyards, past Vogelsburg, up to terroir f — the magical place of Franconian wine high above the Mainschleife.
On the round, we enjoy three wines from selected winemakers from the locations we hike through. In a relaxed atmosphere, you will learn more about the Franconian wine country, its special features, history and current insider tips.
Steps of the tour
- Meeting point: fountain at the market square in Volkach
- Duration of the hike including wine tasting approx. 2.5 hours
- Distance & altitude: approx. 8.5 km/approx. 250 m (up/down)

There is no bad weather, just bad clothing (the walk may be adjusted). Minimum number of participants: 6 people
