fitcamp is a comprehensive concept for increasing physical fitness. Consisting of a functional training program and tailored lifestyle coaching, beginners and advanced users are introduced to a healthier lifestyle and thus bring their body into a new shape. Under the guidance of professional coaches, participants gain strength, endurance, stability and mobility in the fresh air. This gives the immune system a boost and keeps you healthy and fit.
Personal training in a small group atmosphere â enough time for the individual, motivation from the team. Start your new body shape with us now and let your calories burn.
Attention: The bookable dates are placeholders. After booking, you will receive a code with which you can choose an 8-week appointment yourself. The appointments usually take place during the week from 17:00.
There are always enough appointments, as training takes place all year round.
Depending on the weather, the program is adjusted or we train in covered areas when it rains. You can find the exact location directly on the homepage under the respective page.
How does this activity work?
A camp consists of a maximum of 14 participants. Depending on the chosen course, training is carried out once or twice a week. A camp lasts a total of 8 weeks. We recommend moving on immediately afterwards to continue working on your new body shape.
Every training session is different. The varied training is very effective and trains the entire body. Whether it's your stomach, legs or arms â we'll bring you to your new body shape! Up to approx. 650 kcal per unit is possible! This is the right calorie machine for your new body definition.
The aim is to get better in every area. Regardless of whether it's endurance, strength, speed or mobility!
Who should definitely take part?
Our training is suitable for every fitness level. Whether you're a beginner or a fitness freak. Everyone should and can participate to get the best out of their body. Age, weight and fitness level do not matter.
We would be happy to find an individual date for your team building event. For 199âŹ, we train with your team (up to 14 people) on your preferred date! Whether it's a group event, clubs or companies â we bring fun and solidarity to the team.
