About this class
Our individual cocktail workshops are not 0815 workshops as you can find them on many corners! Here you can expect a special kind of workshop with workshop leaders with many years of experience who will teach you the real craft of a bartender.
The workshop is scheduled for approx. 3 hours from 15:00 to 18:00 (if you wish to start later, please contact us). After a brief consultation, the workshop will be adapted to any existing skills and experience of the participants (from beginners to professionals) so as not to underchallenge or even overwhelm anyone.
What you’ll do in the class
For our cocktail workshops, we have developed an active, 3-hour program with the following priorities:
- we explain briefly and concisely how to work in and especially behind a bar
- all participants choose 2 cocktails from our bar menu, which they then prepare themselves behind the bar under guidance (and then taste them, of course!) - Our workshop leader ensures that every participant “shakes” and “stirs” as much as possible in order to learn both techniques
- all questions that arise (or were prepared) during the workshop can of course be asked and clarified
- we promise you a truly special experience!
Who is the class suitable for?
All curious people, bachelors, company owners or employees, birthday children, bar regulars, braggart and anyway for simply anyone aged 18+.
