Enjoy an exciting barbecue class on Thursday evening together with friends or colleagues. Get to know the latest cuts and trends from the world of grilling.
You'll learn how to grill perfect steaks together. Michael will also show you delicious recipes for dips and side dishes that anyone can easily imitate at home. You will grill both on the Biggreenegg and on another grill.

My name is Michael and I am the founder of Grillviertel - a passionate grill school. I want to introduce you to grilling with me and show you a variety of methods. I offer grilling courses in all different variations, from grilling with charcoal, gas or pellets.
