Kiss Nikolett Art: Bookbinding Workshops

Hi there,

I am Niki, a 27-year old artist living in Berlin. I started my bookbinding journey three years ago with creating a hand-made journal as a gift. Since then I went through many courses and learned how to create hard-cover and soft-cover books with many different techniques. Besides creating new books I also became passionate about giving a second life to pre-loved copies. After various bookrepair and restoration project I got a scholarship to study archival book restoration. I started giving bookbinding courses and workshops over a year ago, where the attendees can learn how to create their own sketchbook from scratch, how to build hard-covers and how to use the different binding methods. There is no need to have any previous knowledge or experience, just an open and curious mind.
